The employer is seeking a Customer Advisor / Electrical Engineer to support a leading independent manufacturer of control systems in Munich. The role involves creating and processing retrofit kits for existing control systems, providing technical telephone support, selecting and initiating delivery of replacement parts, handling customer complaints, and processing cost quotations. Applicants need commercial or technical vocational training, customer-oriented advisory skills, PC and MS Office proficiency, telephone support ability, knowledge of DIN and VDE regulations, and spoken and written English. The position offers a permanent contract from day one, gross salary starting at EUR 3,400, vacation, travel reimbursement, bonuses, and other benefits.
