The employer is seeking a Customer Advisor / Electrical Technician to support a leading independent manufacturer of control systems in Munich. The role involves creating and processing retrofit kits for existing control systems, providing technical phone support, selecting and initiating spare-part deliveries, handling customer complaints, and reviewing cost estimates. Applicants need completed commercial or technical vocational training, customer-oriented problem-solving skills, PC and MS Office proficiency, telephone support ability, knowledge of DIN and VDE regulations, and written and spoken English.
