Applicants need strong communication, customer service, honesty, professionalism, basic math, flexibility, and willingness to work in varied weather and physical conditions; prior automotive service, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. The position offers $16.50 per hour plus commission after training and certification, with year-round schedule availability required.
