Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to support customers at its car Vending Machine pickup locations. The role involves creating a memorable pickup experience, completing customer paperwork, addressing questions and minor technical issues, maintaining a safe driving record, and performing physically demanding vehicle-detailing, loading, and unloading work. The position requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, English proficiency, and availability for 1 pm–9 pm shifts seven days a week, including weekends. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with performance-based growth to $20 per hour, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
