Description
Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver vehicles to customers, load and unload cars onto haulers, inspect the haulers, complete customer paperwork, and maintain safe driving records. The role requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended periods, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and completion of required state licenses or notary processes. Shifts are 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm with seven-day availability, and pay starts at $19 per hour with performance-based growth to $21 per hour.
