Description
Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver vehicles to customers, load and unload cars onto haulers, inspect the haulers, complete customer paperwork, and maintain safe driving records. The role requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, physical activity, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and completion of state-specific licensing or notary requirements. Shifts are 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm, with seven-day availability and rotating days off. The starting pay is $19 per hour, with performance-based growth to $21 per hour, plus healthcare, paid time off, retirement matching, education support, equity, and other benefits.
