Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to support customers at its car Vending Machine pickup locations. The role involves creating a memorable pickup experience, completing customer paperwork, addressing questions and minor technical issues, maintaining a safe driving record, and performing physically demanding vehicle-detailing, loading, and unloading work. Candidates need at least two years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, English proficiency, and the ability to obtain a local notary and, in California, a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days.
