Description
Nitra is hiring a Customer & Community Growth Manager to build and scale customer engagement across its healthcare fintech, marketplace, and AI software products. The role owns customer communities, advocacy programs, communications, advisory boards, events, content, and growth initiatives, partnering with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to improve adoption, retention, referrals, satisfaction, and revenue. It requires 5+ years of experience in customer-facing growth or community roles, with healthcare, fintech, SaaS, marketplace, or vertical software experience preferred, and offers equity, health, vision, dental, and retirement benefits under a hybrid work policy.
