Description
The Nightshift Manager leads a team overnight across a store, delivering replenishment, prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, replenishing shelves, and often running a full store operation alone. The role is responsible for safety and wellbeing, customer service, performance and capability management, disciplinary and employee-relations issues, scheduling, and pay accuracy. It is a full-time position covering four nights, typically 22:00 to 08:00, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary and benefits including a discount card, annual bonus, pension matching, and wellbeing support.
