ABB is hiring a Customer Application Engineering Lead for its Critical Power (ELSP) portfolio in Xiamen, China. The role leads the Customer Application Engineering Chapter, develops standards, reference architectures, reusable solution frameworks, and best practices, and mentors technical teams. It requires translating customer requirements into value-driven solutions, supporting sales and customers, coordinating with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and other Agile Units, and influencing OEM and channel partners. The position requires an electrical engineering or related degree, experience in critical power or related applications, technical consulting and channel enablement experience, and expertise in MV-connected critical power systems and grid codes.
