Description

Baker Hughes is seeking a Customer Application Engineer to join their Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team. This role involves defining, preparing, and managing the technical portion of Long-Term Service Agreement proposals by analyzing customer technical specifications, estimating OPEX costs, collaborating with commercial teams, and supporting negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 0-4 years of industry experience, and fluent English proficiency.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 0-4 years of industry experience in a role as Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer or Project Manager
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in engineering with focus on turbo-machinery
Specific O&G market knowledge and experience is strongly recommended
Good knowledge of rotating machineries, particularly of Gas Turbines
Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize and manage time
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work in a team
Able to effectively communicate with peers and supervisors
Able to work autonomously, takes lead in developing complex solutions, under pressure and with tight deadlines
GB/BB certified
