Description
Prophet is hiring a Customer Architect based in Singapore to own end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers across Southeast Asia. The role coordinates Data Science, Platform, and Customer Success teams; establishes marketing and commercial data foundations; manages 6 to 8 concurrent onboardings; builds customer relationships; translates business questions into decision-science use cases; documents scalable onboarding processes; and hands customers over to Customer Success. The position requires at least four years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder management, enterprise customer experience, autonomy, and full working rights in Singapore.
