The Customer Assistant supports Sainsbury’s stores by providing friendly customer service, filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, selling products, organizing and moving stock, and recommending products and promotions. The role requires a fast-paced, physical, team-oriented approach, flexibility across the store, willingness to learn digital tools, and attention to detail.
