The M&S Café role is a fast-paced, hands-on position supporting the café during busy periods. The employee will make food and drink recommendations, take and fulfil orders, maintain food safety standards, deliver five-star service, support colleagues, and adapt to changing work locations. The schedule alternates between Thursday–Saturday and Monday–Tuesday–Saturday, with 10:00–18:00 shifts.
