Alta Resources is hiring a Customer Care Representative to provide professional, consultative support to existing and prospective customers through phone, email, chat, mail, and other channels. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, order validation, sample fulfillment, data entry, surveys, customer issue resolution, product support, and occasional sales opportunities, while maintaining CRM and client-system records and meeting performance metrics. Candidates need at least two years of college or vocational training, preferably in Customer Care, and at least six months of call center experience; new graduates may be considered. The position is available in Neenah, Wisconsin; Brea, California; Fort Myers, Florida; Pasig City, Philippines; Belize City, Belize; and Mexico City, Mexico.
