M/I Homes is hiring a customer care/service representative to inspect completed homes, perform or coordinate warranty repairs, schedule and supervise subcontractors, manage service work orders, maintain vehicle inventory, and keep homeowners informed to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school education, one to five years of related experience and/or training, customer service and communication skills, basic computer skills, problem-solving ability, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
