ICP Group is hiring a Customer Care Rep in Andover, Massachusetts to provide customer service for its Environmental and Restoration product lines. The role handles incoming calls, order entry, ERP data retrieval, return material authorizations and credits, dealer-account relationships, marketing materials, and document editing. It is a hybrid position with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday, paying $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. Applicants need customer service experience, strong communication skills, and ERP data-entry experience; retail industry experience is a plus.
