Yuh is hiring a Working Student Customer Care Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients using its financial app. The role handles inbound and outbound phone calls, answers questions, resolves issues related to paying, saving, and investing, explains products and processes, documents interactions, and supports regulatory compliance. Applicants need a completed apprenticeship, prior customer-service experience preferably in financial services, fluency in English and German, strong communication and empathy, and an interest in financial products and markets.
