Acorn Insurance is hiring a Credit Control Specialist Agent in Liverpool City Centre on a hybrid basis. The role supports customers experiencing financial difficulties, provides customer service, assists with debt recovery, responds to client queries, investigates cases, maintains records, and collaborates with other departments. The position offers a £28,400 annual salary, Monday-to-Friday 9:00am–5:30pm hours, and benefits including holiday, mental health support, flexible benefits, and development opportunities.
