Alta Resources is hiring full-time Customer Center Representatives to provide professional customer service. The role handles inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, and social media; troubleshoots and resolves customer issues, provides product support and information, and follows up on concerns. Candidates need strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service, sales, training, or member-retention experience, PC and Windows proficiency, Microsoft Office knowledge, and polished phone etiquette. The position is available in Neenah, Wisconsin; Brea, California; Fort Myers, Florida; Pasig City, Philippines; Belize City, Belize; and Mexico City, Mexico.
