Description
Constaff is seeking a Customer Communications Manager for a project assignment with one of its customers. The role handles customer complaints and troubleshooting cases, supports pilot projects, creates customer letters and digital content, maintains customer journeys, supports product management with customer analyses and communication measures, and contributes to improving customer experience. The position requires strong communication and writing skills, structured independent work, basic energy-industry knowledge or willingness to learn, German proficiency, and preferably experience in customer communications, marketing, customer journey management, or complaint handling.
