CWS Healthcare is hiring a Customer Consultant – Field Sales for the Düsseldorf and Cologne-Bonn region. The role manages and grows customer relationships in the senior care sector through on-site visits, needs analysis, tailored solutions, product presentations, direct sales, contract renewals, price adjustments, event representation, market monitoring, and coordination with internal teams. The position is primarily field-based, with four days in the field and one home-office day, and requires commercial training or care-sector experience, field sales or direct customer-contact experience, communication skills, independent structured work, willingness to travel and stay overnight, a Class B driving licence, and confidence with tablets, CRM, and email.
