The role processes and pre-qualifies customers seeking new purchases after their leasing term, supports sales staff with outbound-call appointment scheduling, handles call forwarding and telephone overflow, supports marketing campaigns, and maintains data. Candidates should have completed commercial or technical training, be service- and customer-oriented, have good knowledge of common IT systems, and ideally have sales experience or a strong affinity for sales.
