Alexander Dennis is seeking a Customer Contracts Manager to oversee the entire customer experience from order placement to delivery. This role involves managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, translating customer needs into specifications, handling changes, and resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction. The manager will coordinate cross-functional activities with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet contractual commitments on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
