Description
The Customer Delivery Driver delivers groceries from a 3.5-tonne refrigerated van to customers’ doorsteps, follows routes, checks vehicles and shopping, handles customer queries and delays, and may assist in the store. The role requires a friendly customer-focused approach, safe driving in varied conditions, physical work moving containers up to 15kg, route and delivery technology, and the ability to work independently and as part of a store team. Applicants must be over 18, hold a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points, have UK Right to Work eligibility, and pass a driving risk assessment and assessment when joining.
