Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver vehicles to customers, load and unload vehicles onto custom car haulers, inspect the haulers, complete customer paperwork, and maintain safe driving records. The role requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, physical activity for extended periods, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and completion of state-specific licensing or notary requirements. The schedule is 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with team members expected to be available seven days per week, and the starting pay is $19 per hour with performance-based growth to $21 per hour. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
