Description
The Production Coordinator manages customer demand profiles, production schedules, capacity profiles, pull-in and push-out obligations, and contractual delivery obligations. The role reviews and updates manufacturing lead times in ERP systems, monitors schedule deviations, develops mitigation and action plans, tracks customer liabilities and supplier ratings, and provides analytical reports. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least seven years of manufacturing experience, three years in production coordination or a customer-facing role, and proficiency with planning, scheduling, Microsoft Office, customer communication, and project management. The position may require travel between Southwick and Westfield facilities and involves exposure to production hazards.
