WP Engine is hiring a Customer Development Representative to research and catalog customer and opportunity information, build relationships with existing accounts, reduce account dormancy, identify customer needs, articulate solution benefits, schedule meetings, and generate outbound leads and warm introductions for account management. The role requires prior sales or outbound prospecting experience, strong prospect-engagement and rapport-building skills, and experience with Salesforce.com or an equivalent CRM.
