Ahlsell is hiring a Customer Development Specialist in Piteå to conduct outbound telephone conversations with companies in technical installation, property, construction, industry, and infrastructure. The role involves understanding customers’ work and purchasing processes, identifying needs and business opportunities, developing customer collaboration, following up on conversations, documenting opportunities, and passing them to the sales team. Prior sales experience is not required, while experience in sales, customer service, retail, recruitment, banking, industry, construction, or installation is advantageous.
