Plexus is hiring a Customer Director to create and execute account strategies for assigned customers, represent customer and Plexus interests, lead cross-functional teams, increase revenue and profitability, manage customer P&Ls, and develop executive-level relationships. The role requires advanced communication, financial acumen, solution selling, and a basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, with more than 40% travel. A bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of related experience are preferred, and the annual compensation range is $171,300 to $256,900.
