Schuberg Philis is hiring a Customer Director Delivery to lead mission-critical IT services for customers in the greater Rotterdam–The Hague region. The role owns customer delivery, quality, innovation, team well-being, and the customer’s P&L, while working with engineers, architects, and strategists across Cloud, Data & AI, Software, and Security. The position requires at least 10 years of delivery experience in complex IT or technology environments, P&L experience, strong IT affinity, an active regional network, team leadership, and fluent Dutch and English; NIS2 and DORA experience is a plus.
