Google Cloud is hiring a Customer Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence to partner with technical sales teams and drive customer adoption of AI workloads. The role involves technical consulting, solution architecture, prototyping, proofs-of-concept, demos, customer relationship management, and feedback to product and engineering teams. Candidates need a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, six years of cloud-native customer-facing or support experience, AI agent and integration experience, programming experience, and fluent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills. Preferred qualifications include agent-development frameworks, cloud technologies, executive presentations, OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol, and observability knowledge. The position is available in Singapore or Jakarta, Indonesia.
