Google Cloud is hiring a Customer Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence to partner with technical sales teams and drive customer adoption of AI workloads. The role involves technical consulting, solution architecture, prototyping, proofs-of-concept, demos, customer relationship management, and feedback to product and engineering teams. Candidates need a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10 years of cloud-native architecture experience, AI-agent solution experience, and programming experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java. Preferred qualifications include agent-development frameworks, cloud technologies, executive presentations, OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol, and observability knowledge. The role may require travel and prioritizes applicants with current Singapore work authorization.
