AegisAI is hiring a Customer Engineer, also referred to as a Sales Engineer, to support enterprise cybersecurity customers with technical evaluations, API-first onboarding and proof-of-concepts, threat-report analysis, and custom security integrations. The role requires deep knowledge of Agentic AI and AI risk, hands-on REST and cloud technical skills, and the ability to translate detection analytics into executive risk assessments. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in cybersecurity sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management, with email security, cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, or identity management experience preferred.
