Description

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Customer Engineer to join their Customer Engineering team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical liaison for airline and leasing customers during various phases of aircraft retrofit projects. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their modification requirements, reviewing aircraft configurations, initiating proposal generation, collaborating with internal teams, supporting modifications across various product lines, and monitoring project progress.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with an FAA STC/EASA Part 21 design organization or a solid background in aviation engineering with an understanding of aircraft retrofit modifications.
Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating exceptional communications skills, relationship-building abilities and the capacity to understand and address the customer needs effectively.
Experience working with airline and/or leasing organizations.
Good communication, project management and organizational skills.
Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
