Cloudflare is hiring a Customer Engineer in Detroit, Michigan to serve as a technical advisor and primary architect for enterprise customers throughout the pre-sales, onboarding, deployment, expansion, and renewal lifecycle. The role combines technical validation, architecture design, migration and onboarding guidance, customer health monitoring, quota-carrying commercial accountability, technical enablement, and AI-augmented workflow automation. Candidates need prior customer-facing technical experience, strong enterprise network and security architecture skills, commercial awareness, and broad knowledge across Internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI, coding, and developer platforms.
