Google Cloud is hiring a Customer Engineer for its UK/IE Startups & Scaleups Growth team to lead technical engagements with rapidly scaling startups and venture-backed businesses. The role involves presenting and demonstrating Google Cloud solutions, building trusted relationships with founders and engineering teams, helping customers design and scale modern data platforms and AI workloads, and partnering with Sales to qualify opportunities and design secure, scalable, cost-effective cloud architectures. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of customer-facing technical experience in cloud computing, and experience with cloud-native applications, containerized environments, and modern data pipelines.
