Description
Render is hiring a Scaled Programs Customer Engineer to run technical, programmatic customer engagement for high-growth accounts and startup cohorts. The role combines in-app and programmatic outreach, startup onboarding, webinar and community programs, and the creation of technical enablement tools such as pricing calculators, POC templates, and self-service content. It requires 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience, cloud infrastructure knowledge, Postgres and migration familiarity, AI fluency, and strong written communication.
