Description
The Field Service Technician will troubleshoot, service, and maintain ATMs by performing module-level repairs, component replacement, diagnostics, parts inventory management, customer-issue resolution, and reporting. The role requires basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, reliable transportation, an Android smartphone, and basic hand tools; training is provided for candidates with little or no prior relevant experience. The position may involve travel, rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
