Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Field Service Engineer [Customer Engineer] in Chengdu, China. The role serves as a customer liaison and installs, maintains, and upgrades semiconductor equipment while using digital analytics and basic diagnostics to troubleshoot electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. The engineer coordinates with customers, performs preventative and corrective maintenance, and may travel 20% of the time.
