Description
Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Field Service Engineer [Customer Engineer] in Dalian or Wuxi, China. The role installs, maintains, and upgrades semiconductor and display equipment; performs preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems; troubleshoots equipment; coordinates with customers; and mentors junior engineers. The position requires 4–7 years of experience in semiconductor or equipment support, advanced mechanical aptitude, strong hand-tool and diagnostic skills, and the ability to work in clean rooms and travel 20% of the time.
