Nebius is hiring a Customer Engineer to support key and strategic GPU Cloud customers by troubleshooting complex AI/ML issues, optimizing GPU performance for training and inference workloads, and helping clients design, deploy, and scale AI solutions. The role also involves collaborating with sales and product teams, delivering technical presentations, gathering customer feedback, and negotiating solutions. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Python, and strong knowledge of GPU computing and AI/ML workloads. The position can be performed remotely from Europe.
