Description

The Customer Engineer will partner with technical sales teams to differentiate Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise solutions for complex enterprise customers. The role involves advising on secure, data-connected AI integrations, recommending enterprise architectures, prototyping and demonstrating solutions, consulting on integration patterns, and building reusable go-to-market assets. The engineer will also travel to customer sites, conferences, and events and communicate in English and Korean.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: 6 years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role
Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms
Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders
Experience with programming, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit
Knowledge of distributed tracing, logging, and audit logging for AI
Deep understanding of OpenAPI and Model Context Protocol integration patterns
Familiarity with functional evaluation metrics for model and agent quality
