Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Field Service Engineer [Customer Engineer] to support Photomask Lithography Equipment at its Photronics Allen, Texas site. The role installs, maintains, and upgrades customer equipment; troubleshoots complex issues using diagnostic tools; performs preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems; coordinates with customers and internal teams; and mentors junior engineers. The position requires an associate degree or comparable military technical training, at least four years of semiconductor or equipment-support experience, and strong mechanical aptitude across pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, and thermodynamics. It is based in Allen, Texas, with 25% travel, and offers a salary of $37.00 to $51.20.
