Description
Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Field Service Engineer [Customer Engineer] to serve as a direct liaison with customers and perform unassisted Tier I and assisted Tier II service on semiconductor equipment. The role includes installing, maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, repairing, and preventing equipment failures across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems; coordinating with customers and senior engineers; and supporting customer satisfaction and uptime. The position requires 75% travel, is not relocation eligible, and is based in Hsinchu, Kaohsiung, or Taichung, Taiwan.
