Vertiv is recruiting recent graduates or entry-level candidates for a 12-month Customer Engineering Training program in Jakarta, Indonesia. The program combines on-the-job training, technical and product training across power, thermal, and monitoring systems, project-based learning, mentorship, and performance feedback. Participants must have tertiary education in relevant engineering fields, basic hardware, software, and network-systems knowledge, English communication skills, and willingness to learn; the program requires a maximum of one year of work experience and commencement in November 2026. Successful participants transition into full-time Customer Engineer roles.
