The role focuses on customer technical and solution advice, cloud transformation, workload migration, prototyping, proofs-of-concept, technical go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with customers, partners, product, and engineering. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role, leadership experience, and experience with AI technologies and specialized workload adoption.
