Description
NEXTDC is hiring a Custom Engineering Manager to lead tailored fitout engineering solutions and technical proposals for hyperscale, colocation, and edge data centre projects. The role covers technical due diligence, proposal development, design documentation, facility audits, capacity assessments, multi-discipline coordination, contract review, shop drawings, technical submittals, safety-in-design, scope changes, and quality control. The position requires at least five years of data centre or mission-critical design management experience, an electrical or mechanical engineering degree, consulting or client-side design management experience, multidisciplinary leadership ability, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with design and collaboration tools.
