Synopsys is hiring a customer-facing structural simulation engineer for its Customer Excellence team in Japan. The role supports customers using Synopsys Structural products such as Workbench Mechanical, LS-Dyna, and Discovery, helping diagnose technical issues, create troubleshooting documentation, file defect reports, verify fixes, and support field testing of new releases. The position requires a strong background in mechanical or related engineering, hands-on simulation software experience, fluency in English and Japanese, and the ability to travel occasionally within Japan.
