ICEYE is hiring a permanent Customer Excellence Specialist to manage the order-to-delivery process for synthetic aperture radar satellite imagery across the APAC region. The role oversees feasibility studies, satellite resource planning, image quality control, customer inquiries and complaints, cross-functional issue resolution, service training, reporting, and relationships with governmental and commercial clients. It is hybrid and shift-based, with one weekend shift per month and no night shifts, and requires customer excellence or account management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or practical experience, and strong English communication skills plus language proficiency in the applicable location.
